Emma Grace just celebrated her 5th birthday! Born with Mosaic Trisomy 18, her parents were told she wouldn’t live past six months. Now at 5, she’s thriving—riding horses, swimming, and enjoying new learning experiences. In June, Emma completed her first therapy intensive with PT, OT, and Speech, and since then, she’s made amazing progress. She can now sit up, get into kneeling and crawling positions, and is becoming more mobile every day. This year, she’s heading to Pre-K, proving she’s more than ready for school!
