Meet Maria Alice!

This adorable little girl is one and a half years old and has Mosaic Edwards Syndrome, meaning that 74% of her cells contain an extra 18th chromosome.

Maria Alice and her family live in Brazil, where they have received tremendous support from their community. Her family shares proudly, “She used a G-tube while she was learning to eat orally, and now she’s mastered it! She is such a smart baby.”
