Little Dancer Tribute

In loving memory of our beautiful tiny dancer, Charlotte. Born undiagnosed and facing significant challenges from her very first moments, Charlotte bravely fought against overwhelming odds. She experienced hypoxia and a grade 3 stroke during birth, leading to an emergency cesarean. Despite the words “incompatible with life,” Charlotte defied expectations, displaying a fighting spirit that amazed even her doctors.

Living in New Zealand presented countless challenges, yet Charlotte—and we—fought tirelessly for her basic human rights. Despite setbacks, Charlotte thrived when we brought her home, showing incredible improvements in health and happiness. Her beautiful spirit shone brightly as she grew stronger each day.

Sadly, her journey ended prematurely and unfairly, yet Charlotte’s story is one of profound strength, resilience, and unconditional love. She taught us to advocate fiercely, love deeply, and cherish every precious moment.

Charlotte was, and forever will be, imperfectly perfect in every way. She dances forever in our hearts, a beacon of courage and love. We miss her endlessly and honor her legacy every single day.
