Meet Charlotte, a sweet yet sassy 5-year-old warrior with full Trisomy 18. Her journey began on hospice care at home, with no interventions, but after a month, hospital stays and additional support became essential to help her thrive. With the care of home nursing, early intervention, specialists, and helpful tools, Charlotte achieved a major milestone—graduating preschool and starting Kindergarten this fall! She has many loves, but her favorites are Bluey, music, the outdoors, and her grandpa. Every day, Charlotte lights up the world with her smile, showing everyone just how fierce and resilient she is!
